Terms of Service

WidgetRail provides instant-quote widget software on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing you agree to the following:

Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future billing and access continues through the paid period.
Quotes produced by the widget are estimates generated from your own configured pricing. You are responsible for the rates you configure and the final prices you honor with your customers.
You may only embed the widget on websites you own or are authorized to manage, limited to the number of sites in your plan.
Features marked "rolling out" or "coming soon" are delivered as they become available and may change.
We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or unlawful use. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

What we collect: your account details (name, email, business info), billing handled by Stripe (we never store card numbers), and the leads your widget captures (your customers' contact details, property addresses, and quote data).
How we use it: to run the service — generating quotes, delivering leads to you, sending booking confirmations, and billing. We do not sell personal data.
Your leads are yours. Lead data captured by your widget belongs to your business; we process it on your behalf.
Service providers: we use Stripe for payments and infrastructure providers for hosting and property data. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Deletion: email us and we will delete your account data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
